Order Cancellation

Return & Refund Policy

  • After 30 days, the order is considered accepted, and no refund will be issued.

    • The design, size, or material does not match the order.
    • The item differs from how it was described.

Condition for Returns:

Returned items must be in their original condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items modified or defective (unless due to our fault) are not eligible.

How to Return an Item

  3. Ship the Item: Use a traceable carrier and pack your item securely.
  4. Send Tracking Info: Email us the return tracking number or a photo of the return receipt.

📌 Important: Do not send back items without prior email confirmation. Unauthorized returns will not be processed, and no refund will be issued if the package is lost.
